Finance workflows shaped around how your company actually operates.

A ten-person startup and a forty-location franchise network both need control and capital—but almost nothing about their setup should look the same.

The right setup depends on who spends and who approves

Two businesses with identical revenue can need opposite configurations. A software company with four vendors and a shared card needs simplicity. A regional service operator with thirty vans needs category-restricted field cards and per-location limits. Handing both the same template guarantees one of them fights the tool.

So we start from the operating model: how many people spend, how many places money leaves from, whether assets are central, and who is accountable for each budget. That determines the card structure, the approval thresholds, and which capital products are realistic.

Below are the four models we see most often. Read the closest one, then tell us where your business differs—the differences are usually the most useful part of the conversation.

Questions & answers

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers to the questions business operators ask us most often.

What if we do not fit one of the four models?

Most businesses sit between two of them, and that is fine. The models exist to make the first conversation faster, not to categorize you. Tell us how money moves and who approves it, and the configuration follows from that.

How long does setup take?

Card and payment setup is typically a short exercise once your policy decisions are made—who spends, how much, and who approves. The decisions take longer than the configuration, which is why we start there.

Can the setup change later?

Yes, and it should. Limits, approvers, and permissions are meant to be adjusted as people change roles, sites open, and budgets move. A setup that cannot change is a setup teams work around.

Do you work with businesses trading internationally?

The platform is USA-led and built for modern companies including those trading globally. Availability of specific products varies by market, so a short conversation gives you an accurate answer for your situation.
